No. We do not visit the property. Our studio turns your existing photos into smooth camera moves with AI video models, then a person plans, checks and edits every film. Because the movement is generated, every film carries a small "AI visualisation" label.
Will the film change my property?
It should not, and we check for it. We keep rooms, layouts, finishes and views exactly as your photos show them. We may tidy small things (clutter, a TV left on, a reflection of the photographer) and improve the light. If anything looks different from reality, tell us in your revision and we fix it.
What photos do I need?
Between 8 and 30 sharp landscape photos: the front of the property, the entrance, each main room, the stairs if there are floors, outdoor areas and the view. The more connected angles you send (a doorway seen from both sides), the smoother the film. See the photo guide.
How long does it take?
Your first draft arrives within 3 business days of your deposit and complete photos. A revision usually takes 1–2 business days.
What does one revision include?
One round of changes to the draft: for example redo a shot, change the order, swap the music or fix the on-screen text. You list everything in one message. Extra rounds or a completely new film are quoted separately.
How do I pay?
Securely with PayPal (card or PayPal balance) in USD, EUR or GBP. 50% deposit when you order, the other 50% after you approve the draft. Clean files unlock right after the second payment.
Can I get my money back?
Yes — the full deposit, if you cancel before production starts, or if we fail to deliver a draft. Details in our refund policy.
Who owns the film?
You receive a licence to use the final film to market that property on any channel, forever. We only show your film in our portfolio if you tick the box that allows it.
Do you use my photos for anything else?
No. We use your photos only to make your film, and we never sell or share them. Our AI video providers process them on our behalf to generate the clips — see the privacy policy.
