Refund policy
Last updated: 24 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-24
Every order is paid in two parts: a 50% deposit when you order and a 50% balance after your draft is ready. This policy is part of our terms of service.
Full refund of the deposit
- You cancel before production starts. Production starts when we begin planning and generating your film, normally within one business day of your deposit. Email us before then and we refund the full deposit.
- We do not deliver a draft within 10 business days of receiving your deposit and usable photos (unless we are waiting for photos or information from you).
- We cannot make your film — for example if the photos are unusable and better ones are not available. We tell you and refund the deposit.
When the deposit is not refundable
Once production has started, the deposit covers the work and the AI generation costs already spent on your film, so it is not refunded if you change your mind. You still receive your watermarked draft and your included revision round.
The balance
You only pay the balance after you have seen the draft and are ready to receive the clean files. Because the files are delivered immediately after payment, the balance is not refundable — unless the delivered files are faulty or do not match the approved draft and we cannot fix them, in which case we refund the balance.
Your legal rights
If you are a consumer, you may have rights under the law of your country (for example a right to cancel a distance contract). By ordering, you ask us to start the service right away; where the law allows, you lose the right to cancel once the service has been fully performed, and if you cancel during production you pay for the work done so far, which equals the deposit. Nothing in this policy reduces rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.
How to ask for a refund
Email nivbret@gmail.com with your order link. Approved refunds are sent back through PayPal to the original payment method within 5 business days; your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show it.
